Great experience. We went for the thermal waters and were not so crowded. It is an old hotel, we upgraded our room and even then the bathroom was very tiny. Especially the shower. The location is good. Parking was very tricky. The service during breakfast could be better. Waitresses seemed tired/bored.

We enjoyed studying at Plaza Management and Services were excellent .All treatments and massages were on top-level We are planning to come again next year. Special thanks to Ivana at the spa reception desk who made our stay more enjoyable

All good. Excellent service. Good reception. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Everything was fine and good maintained. Very friendly waiters and also the food was good. Air condition worked. Only very small elevators, but this the only negative issue.

This hotel has strong potential. Unfortunately the front desk is quite rude and when paying high rates per night, you would not expect a destroyed headboard. The heat in the room could not be controlled. They explained it was due to the season and the AC hadn't been turned on. However, we had another room on the 8th floor and that AC functioned just fine. After quite a bit of complaining they did switch rooms and the ambient air from the outside was able to keep the room tolerable.

Only Plaza can create so a creative and familiar dnvironment where Working is so easy with many inspirations. There's a lot of spare and many quiet corners where working on Laptop is fine. The room is perfect

Very nice hotel ,also very clean .All the staff friendly helpful and polite.we have had breakfast including and we really enjoyed it .The sensory pool is very very nice .We had sauna ,massage and face treatment,all at high standards Thank you

Very nice location in the center of Abano Terme. Professional and very courteous staff Rooms are comfortable and clean Nice Breakfast with a good choice. The Restaurant closes a little too early (9 pm) but a small bite option is available. Good value for the money

Check in after hours was great but AC not working had to wait until morning to fix. Slept with balcony door open and bit by mosquitoes. AC fixed promptly next morning but still room hot and temp never below 25 c even though AC set to 22 c. Overall service was great.
