My heater wouldn’t turn on. My co workers would not shut off. Jinky wiring and bad hvac system.

Very popular hotel. Stayed here twice and the parking lot is full. Staff state that they are usually full every weekend and about half full during the week.

The reception to this property misrepresents the rest of the hotel. The lobby is nicely renovated, but the rest of the hotel is a dump. The rooms are fair, beds uncomfortable, bathrooms were dingy. The conditions of the gym were awful. Three pieces of equipment and the treadmill is in dire need of replacement. Also, no cleaning products anywhere and looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in years. Disgusting. The ONLY redeeming quality to this property was the restaurant. Excellent food and staff.

Only problem we’re in the bathroom. The sink stopper wasn’t working, but it was fixed very properly. The toilet lid also had to be fixed it, but it also was fixed properly. I did not tell him that the bathtub drain very slowly, but the room was excellent and the staff was outstanding.

55 high school reunion held here. The "convention" room was large and allowed us to mingle well. My personal room was very large, clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and served in a warm environment.

Room had musty smell, bathroom was mildewy and tub was in rough shape. Breakfast for our large family was wonderful. Lovely woman running it was friendly and so helpful.

We checked in and went to the room. The room smelled horribly like cat urine, the ceiling looked like it had previous water damage and the bathroom had mold. We immediately went to check out and find a new hotel- we weren’t going to let our kids (ages 2 and 5) stay there. They were complaining of the smell immediately. They refused to refund us and ******* claims they can’t get a refund from the manager either. We didn’t get to stay there and wasted $300.
