Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour of India. Very central hotel, large well appointed room with very comfortable bed and good bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had one dinner here which was lovely and breakfast was nice too with plenty of choice. It has a nice outdoor pool area but it was a bit out of season for our cool water tolerance levels! It’d be great in the hot season though.

When you go dont agree with a 200 nr room near reception ore lift. You hear everything. Extreme noisy, i asked them if it was noisy by check in but they said it is not. Every call, every conversation, every checkin...and your view is a small Window with contruction/brick view The bathroom is old and dirty. The first and the last time for me. Also really bad reviews and i got phone calls 3 times and they hangup

I am regularly bringing my groups to the Amar hotel. This is a really nice hotel, well located for early Taj Mahal visits. What I like most if the great restaurant. They are always responsive to my clients’ wishes and try their best to make our stays there (and meals) best possible :-)

The stay at Amar hotel was truly an unforgettable experience for me and my team mates. We were given a huge room suite and it was placed with all comforts. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff is sweet and generous . All facilities were good. The swimming pool though needs to be ***aged as you feel cheated with paying 800 rupees for costumes . Great overall.

I have been staying here for three times continuously but last visit was terrible and decided not to stay further. Reason most of the staff including mgt have been changed and new one more rigid to push and compel to accept their own condition. It was against the ethics hence decided not to visit further. The staff was very bad and First the *** which name is shekhar that checks you in has a very bad attitude and is very rude and other ladies and gents behaviour was not so good. They are talking like tu tu to the guest . They abuse very bedly. I'm really very sad to hear the talking way of reception staff. I'm got heart and never recommend to other to stay here. 😢😢😢😢

Worst services, uncourteous staff, staff interaction with females makes them feel un- safe, worst taste & overpriced food. Rooms are in worst shapes. If you are travelling as couple or family - pls look for other options, save yourself from feeling pitty on oneself after spending money.

Travelled long and came to hotel and staff didn’t give us the room early at least before one hour from checking time, we were really tired and staff treated us like bad ***ner and told us to use out side wash rooms where outsiders useing bathrooms 😒 you really should improve your customer service skills..(only men) it’s too bad who working in reception there laughing when they talk to us, we have already paid for our stay but. The ladies on reception was nice on next day! Poor service, they want tips from guests and asking for it without giving any service, disgusting bathrooms.. rooms good, can’t sleep in the night too noisy. Be aware from room attendants, only one think I like the breakfast only….
