Very good for hosting parties and functions. The food is awesome. The staff is friendly. We had our wedding done at Platinum and the arrangements were perfectly ***aged by their team.The decoration was awesome. The feedback we received for the food was brilliant.

Excellent service.. Nice and generous response from all the staff especially Mr.Shivam Chaturvedi on the event of ring ceremony. They all made up our event a grand success. Right from food to service to accounts everywhere the same service was provided.

We had hosted a family get together function at this hotel and the arrangements were really good. The food was great and the decoration was also elegant. Team at platinum hotel were also equally supporting. All in all it was a really good one

I did not have a very pleasant experience with the stay this time. I had stayed here previously but this time both the attendees were unprofessional. I had booked my room atleast 10 days before my visit clearly stating them to give me a silent room because i had an exam the day after. They gave me the room with a broken AC. It made more noise than a tractor. While checking out when i asked a young boy sitting at the desk that what’s the problem with the AC and why did they gave me that room, he was least bothered. I wouldn’t suggest you to visit here until and unless you can be sure of everything beforehand.

the whole event was well ***aged! The food the staff. They treated everyone very generously! We also got some excellent reviews from our guests. It is most recommended for stay, party event etc Our 25th anniversary was amazing!
