I’ll make a reservation right away that I’m not a very demanding tourist and I didn’t expect foie gras and crabs from a Turkish three-ruble note. For me, first of all, cleanliness is important and even food is not particularly important (with the exception of breakfasts, because I usually have lunch at the seaside, and I prefer to dine somewhere outside the hotel). But here you can't even have a good breakfast. Let's start with the fact that the road from St. Petersburg through Moscow to Alanya and the hotel in particular took almost a day. Of course, the first thing I wanted to do after the road was to take a shower. WHAT CAN'T BE DONE, because there was no hot water !!!!! To questions at the reception, they said that “oh, we turned it off already” (it was 2 am). On top of that, on the first night, the showerhead with the hose was just in my hands, because it flew off. So, we couldn't take a shower. WiFi. Only at the reception, and in the mornings and evenings, when there are a lot of people, then surfing the Internet is very problematic. FOOD. Or rather, its absence. I was in Turkey for the 7th time and I stopped in three rubles before and had a rough idea of what was waiting for me. But what happened was just awful. I am a small fragile girl who, in principle, did not eat much, WALKED HUNGRY, even after breakfast. For breakfast: cucumbers, tomatoes, herbs, cheeses, sausages, bread, jams, butter, boiled eggs, once there was an omelette in 2 weeks. So, we ate cereal for breakfast. When they were not, just a boiled egg. At that moment I thought that healthy men eat here. Problems with the shower and water were constant, one evening, when we had a table booked and we had to leave the hotel at 21, at 20.00 while in the shower, the hose from it was again in my hands, going down to the reception, I they said that they would fix everything, while they went to have a bite, returning after 20 minutes they found that no one was involved in resolving the issue, and the girl from the reception was generally having dinner at that moment. Taking the hose in hand, and walking along all the diners, I went to the bar (where they all constantly sit, instead of working), I had to speak there to fix it, only after that one of the employees got up and turned on the shower. BUT as soon as he left, undressing, going into the shower, turning on the pressure of the water, this unfortunate hose flew off again !!!!!! I was furious! How many times do I have to go down there and make a fuss to get it fixed! After that, again, this man got up ALREADY WITH A NEW MIXER AND PUT IT UP, saying and grumbling something angrily in Turkish (I doubt that there was something good). The friendliness of the employees also leaves much to be desired, I always treat the staff as kindly as possible. But the girl who sometimes stood behind the bar, and in the evenings collected plates, could have smiled at least once. The first 3 days they always told her “thank you”, “thank you”, etc., of course I understand that the person speaks Turkish, but I think she knows the phrase “thank u” for sure, she never even nodded in response, but just with stone dissatisfied face left to do their business. At this moment, you feel as embarrassed as possible))) because how much you depend
