A11 Hotel Obakoy

Booked through Love Holidays, never again will I use them! The hotel was not as described, all the photos were 10 years out of date! Definitely 1, but would like to give 0.we arrived and were put in the annexe which was awful. The hotel demanded 260 euros then dropped it to 130 euros to change to the main hotel. My daughter and wife signed up to the scratch card internet and my daughter got her phone hacked and had over £2000 stolen- hotel weren’t interested. The food was poorly cooked, but the salad was ok, so we ate out every night - hotel and manager were not interested. The pool was disgusting, green slime all the way around and not cleaned in two weeks. A truly awful hotel and the worst we have ever known, in 30 years of holidaying in Turkey

PLEASE DON'T BOOK HERE FOR FAMILY HOLIDAYS IT WAS THE WORST HOTEL WHILE I WAS TAKING SHOWER FROM THE ROOF FELLING ON ME PAINTING I WAS DISAPPOINTED ALL 6 DAYS I CAN RATE THEM 2 DEFINITELY NO MORE. RECEPTION USELESS!!!!!! NIGHTMARE!!!!!!! DONT GO THERE

Cold showers , terrible food and air con drips all night . If you are looking for a weight loss holiday then this hotel is for you . By far the worst hotel I've stayed in in turkey . I felt sorry for the staff who try their best under terrible management

The long-awaited holiday in Turkey. We booked the trip with loveholidays.com. The choice was Hotel A11 **** in Obaköy in Alanya. The hotel received the Turkey Safe Certificate Tourism. On May 29, 2023, we set off from Birmingham. After a long journey, we arrived. Although the hotel was not 100% consistent with the description, we already gave up on the quarrels and wanted to finally enjoy the sun, which is very scarce this year in our England. On June 2, 2023, we turned on the air conditioning for the first and last time. There was a fire in our room. Luckily, we weren't in the room. After the fire was extinguished, we went to collect the remains of our belongings. Fortunately, the passports remained intact. We got a room but we were left with nothing so we wanted to talk to the hotel manager but unfortunately they didn't want to talk to us until the travel residents arrived. After many attempts to contact him, I finally called him and made an appointment for the next day (he was more concerned about the fact that we didn't buy the trip from him than that we were left without medicines for my daughter, diapers, clothes, money.) Another day passes and there is still no contact with the resident, he cheated us and didn't even answer the phone. -In the hotel they continue to pretend that nothing happened. If it weren't for the help of strangers, I don't know what they would look like These are the rest of the days of our vacation. Fortunately, I'm already home, happy that my family is safe. That we are alive. Please, friends, check travel agencies, hotels and hotel reviews carefully, add additional insurance. Turkey differs from every safety standard than in European countries. I don't wish anyone such a terrible holiday as we went through under stress without the help of a hotel or agency in a foreign country.

Our trip was absolutely amazing!!! Ibo and his team made our holiday. Always making sure we were happy and gave us the best nights we could have asked for. We will definitely be returning to this place. Thank you so much.

We had an amazing holiday at this hotel, all the personel were kind, understanding, always helping with any issue. The rooms in the main building were nice. Pillows not really comfortable though. I would recommend this hotel and definately would go back :)

We had the best time staying at A11 in all. The customer service was really good. All out queries were dealt with promptly. Housekeeping - 5⭐️ Customer Service- 5⭐️ Food and Beverages- 5⭐️ Animation Team- 5⭐️ We were given a vip treatment all throughout our stay and the hotel is situated in the best location as you got a lot of Restaurants, Bazaars, Shops in the surrounding and mainly a stone’s throw away from the beach. Also special mention to the Pool bar and Terrace bar staff for providing heart service and being very professional. A very special mention to Ibrahim and his animation team for providing the best entertainment to all guests throughout our stay here. They also take you every night to the best clubs in Alanya and trust me theses are great. We’ve been to Illusion and Summer Garden and these both just wowed us. All I can say is we had a great time and will definitely be coming back next year.

POSITIVES Room was good cleaned everyday Shower worked ok clean towels given, each day, Pool area was big nice pool, GREAT pool bar with great staff, plenty of sun loungers to be used, The entertainment team, we're very good, I was there solo but never felt alone infact made some great friendships with the team, even now I'm back in England we still in touch,will I go back yes definitely for the above Now the Negatives The food restaurant was awful same food every day who wants chips for breakfast!!! The coffe machines were disgusting plates chipped and dirty,staff were rude ,all you want in morning is good coffee and good breakfast to start your day well!!So I ate out every day , the snack bar was as bad cold Fries and burgers, get a new team in change your menu this could be better with a revamp,if british E.H.O Walked in they instantly shut it down !!!! And lastly not hr from the hotel more like 2.5 hrs this should be changed on all sites let's customers know,

Don't understand the negative reviews. 5 of us on a lads holiday. Drinks and food were good. Pool was clean. Rooms cleaned every day, shower broke and was fixed the next day. Entertainment good. Bar staff friendly. Overall a great experience.
