Ca Sa Tieta

Magnificent hotel, very quiet, spacious rooms, decorated with great taste!! Only downside: it is located in the heart of the village of Alaro so access by car is complicated as well as parking...

Very nice decoration but small rooms. The welcome is warm and the place is very beautiful. The real downside is the noise, the rooms are not soundproofed, we were woken up by the lawnmower on Saturday morning

Nice location, particular style. However, the services are rather unsatisfactory. Parking: the property does not have its own but they should specify that parking around it is impossible (it takes 2-3 rounds of the town and a good 10-15 minutes to find it, and then a 5 to 10 minute walk to reach the hotel, cars piled up at every corner but practically for the exclusive use of residents). Reception is almost always unattended, out of necessity you call or write via booking but the response is not always prompt (after 1 hour, up to 24 hours later). Deluxe double room: microscopic, barely enough space to go around the bed, equally tiny bathroom without a window, without any furniture or shelf to place the minimum of our bathroom products, shower with significant water leakage up to the room, candy wrappers worn by previous guests never removed, only window in the room with a street view, no dedicated space to hang out beach towels or costumes when returning from the sea. On the first day the cleaning of our room was even forgotten. Breakfast: we included it when booking, only to have an early flight and an equally early daily excursion. It was not possible to have a refund for breakfast, we were offered 2 take away boxes (sandwich, yogurt and fruit), the preparation of one of which was also forgotten. We would like to forget about this place too. €432 for 3 nights under these conditions is unacceptable.

Great, the small but cozy room. The hotel in general very good, quiet area and the few staff with whom we had contact were very friendly. The downside is that there is no one at the reception, we had to call a number so that they could check us in and for the checkout a girl that the poor thing was telling her what to do over the phone, she was the one who charged us and of course we had to wait because They didn't even pick up the phone from her. In the end we arrived at the ship on time.

Both Ca Sa Tieta and Alaró are a discovery of the interior of Mallorca. The hotel is an oasis and we have felt at home.
