Love this place so much I joined their points club. Great staff and service. Free shuttle and Joe the driver even cleared the snow off my car! Great restaurant on site.

I only stayed there for two nights. I had an appointment at the Immigration very early in the morning. As a matter of fact, I was approved for citizenship. Then I stayed another night. Everything was just great: the service, the staff, etc. I would certainly go back there again.

beautiful property , room spacious and clean , friendly front desk but they offer shuttle transportation to the airport and long stay parking at the property but in my opinion they dont have the system well set up , so the "shuttle" have no hotels signs so is very hard to find out where is it is once you are outside the airport and the "small dark SUV " is not enough , to make the story short we end it up having a taxi to bring us back to the hotel where our car was parked

Very clean and convenient location. Staff was very friendly and the room was in excellent condition, modern and clean. The only thing I found odd was apparently they charge you $20 if you want to heat something up in a microwave. Seems a bit excessive. Other than that the stay was worth what I paid.

The hotel lobby and restaurant are clean and they offer a lot of amenities. In person the staff was very friendly. The only complaints I have is the room wasn’t the cleanest. The bathroom and beds were clean but the coffee maker and remote and telephone were filthy and none of the usb charging ports worked in our room. When I called the front desk to ask about the charging ports they hung up on me.

They do not have enough staff. Mistakes were made like they forgot I called to be picked up at the airport. Every day, I called to have the room cleaned and new linens . They still forgot. Charges added to my bill that were not mine, like room service. I am lucky I check my card. charges when I got home. I think all these mistakes were made because of a lack of adequate staff.
