Super 8 by Wyndham Albuquerque West/Coors Blvd

Well the lady at the front desk was extremely rude . When I tried to explain bmy situation she just wasn't hearing it . I made a reservation online and y'all should out that you DO NOT rent to residents here in Albuquerque . Which probably would of made it a lot easier because even if y'all did rent to residents I will NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN . I WAS PROFILED AT THE DOOR. SHE TREATED ME AS IF I WAS A CHILD . SO DISRESPECTFUL SERIOUSLY BSHE IS NOT A PEOPLE PERSON

I was initially denied a room and asked to cancel the ******* booking although I had paid for it using ******* with my and my wifes credit card and had proper identification. Front desk was requiring me to cancel ******* booking and pay full price. Front desk attendant repeatedly said she should have canceled my booking right away. A call to ******* appeared to be blocked. Wife had to call ******* to resolve problem. This took two hours while I waited becoming hypoglycemic without my medication. While a migrain headache was incapacitating me being held without a room, a homeless transient was allowed to be slumped over a dining table in the lobby/breakfast room. This person earlier was trying to bum a smoke from me at the gas station. This motel should be dropped from *******. Because of this ordeal, I had less than two hours of sleep while driving 1250 miles. It completely ruined my travels. My safety and the safety of others was compromised because of a booking with ******* for a discount. I am asking for compensation. This must not happen to anyone else.

Large contingent of homeless people outside the hotel. Multiple homeless entered the hotel and had to be told to leave by the help.

Clean throughout inside and out Super friendly and helpful staff at front desk and housekeeping. Close to bus line and close to I40. Easy to get to Old Towne, Bio Park and little farther to downtown.

Clean with super friendly staff throughout. Great job with requests. Close to bus route. Recommend if staying on westside of Abq.

I stayed there for 5 days and everyday I had to renew my key to go to my room.

The hotel room was clean and nice. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The free breakfast was fresh and good. There was a homeless woman that slept outside under our window with all of her belongings. There were at least six homeless people hanging around close to the hotel all the time. They never bothered us but not used to that where we live.

The staff was friendly. Lisa at the front desk was awesome. Kind, courteous, & very helpful. Staff like her are hard to find. She is very valuable to your Super 8 Company.

My room was near the exit door which was convenient. The room had a weird smell and the carpet made the overall appearance of being outdated but the price and cleanliness was very good
