I attempted an early check-in due to my flight schedule, but the reception was uncooperative and refused to acknowledge my mobile booking. I was asked to leave at 3 am and, despite canceling as advised, received no refund the following day. Extremely disappointed with the service.

Soviet type hotel.
The furniture is shabby, with cracks and chips from Soviet times. There was little pressure in the shower, then the water ran out. There was no water for about 5 minutes, apparently the boiler did not heat up. In general, I don't recommend it. The walls were covered with tape instead of painting.

This hotel is located in the northern suburbs of Almaty. The advantage is that it is very quiet, the room is quite large, and the breakfast is not very varied but has everything you need. There are large supermarkets and restaurants nearby 200m away, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The disadvantage is that there is no elevator. If you have heavy luggage, you need to carry it upstairs yourself.

The hotel is not big, just a small building. The location is relatively remote, several kilometers away from the city. The room is a bit small and the decoration is relatively simple, but the overall environment is quite quiet and the room is relatively clean. The bathroom is too small. The bed is far from comfortable, a bit hard.
There is a medium-sized supermarket next to the hotel, which is quite convenient for shopping. The hotel atrium is a great place to drink and chat.

It's okay to ride a horse, but the traffic nearby is not that good. It would be great if there is a taxi service. The service attitude is very good. I will definitely stay here next time I go on a business trip. The mineral water supply is better.
