This hotel shouldn’t be under Four seasons Flag ,it is just 4 hotel .Breakfast sucks and service sucks for most of the time .
If you expect Four seasons Level ,you will definitely be disappointed !
Do not think of going to spa or facilities because you will see mold on the columns .

I chose Four Seasons among St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons. One of the reasons was the convenient parking and swimming pool. The service at the front desk was good. I don't know if it was because his English was not standard or because our English was too poor. Anyway, I didn't understand much, but it didn't affect my stay.
Facilities: Ctrip standard. The only platinum hotel in Amman, the facilities are definitely good and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, albeit soft, but refreshing. The feeling of quilt and pillow touching the skin is also very comfortable. But there are holes in the sheets, why don’t you change them? ! The pajamas are made of poor material and feel too stiff.
Hygiene: The surface is good, but the details are not. The stains on the bottom of the toothbrush cup are quite obvious. Didn’t you see it? This is not the level of Four Seasons.
Environment: Opposite is the Ritz-Carlton, and the main road downstairs is a bit noisy.
Service: If the service at this price is not good, it would be a shame for the Four Seasons. There are not many types of breakfast, but the ingredients and products are still of high quality. The welcome dessert is a highlight, a local specialty.

Spa service was really fantastic. Staff were beyond helpful and caring. All the stress faded after my visit. I would definitely come back ! Location was convenient. Parking service provided. Our stay at Four Seasons Hotel Amman was amazing. The hotel is situated in a nice area, and its exterior and interior exude beauty and elegance. Concierge provided fantastic restaurant suggestions, leading us to savor delicious Mansaf and Kunafa during our Jordanian adventure. The reception team is incredible with their professionalism and warmth. Olea, the very delicious breakfast restaurant, boasts a very polite and attentive staff, always ready to assist. The spacious rooms offer a delightful view, complemented by the hotel's well-maintained spa facilities, including a relaxing swimming pool and jacuzzi. Overall, a truly luxurious and great experience.

We had a twin room with two king beds, lounge and table. Heaps of space, great view, the bathroom was a pleasure to be in and overall the room was a lovely oasis from the city. For some reason the hotel thought our booking was for a couple (I was traveling with my elderly mother) so it was a little awkward on arrival when I insisted on two beds in the room but the staff sorted it quickly. The only thing I would note for other travelers is that the breakfast provided is very local with a small selection of western food. If you're with a fussy eater it might be a bit hard.

the facilities, materials and attention to detail in decor and lighting are amazing. The quality of the food itself was top notch. The front desk staff was also very personable. Nearly the entire rest of the staff, particularly the male staff, left much to be desired. their standard of service and speed fell below many casual and lower tier restaurants and hotels. The cheesecake factory, a casual dining restaurant has a higher level of service than this 5 star hotel. The waitstaff does not anticipate that a coffee drinker will drink more coffee. when serving, they will reach over the entire length of the table instead of taking a step to the side. The staff is very aggressive on prebussing, they will ask to remove a plate you are actively eating from as well as remove a plate with food that is left unattended without asking. "Managers" will interrupt an active conversation to check if everything is ok. Culturally, they are also not aware of any "over" egg styles, e.g. overeasy/med/hard. Admittedly this culture abstains largely from alcohol, but the bar staff is not aware of many standard cocktails and seems unaware, unable or unwilling to Google them.

The hotel is located on the 5th Circle, Al-Kindi Street, between the prestigious residential area of Al Swaifi and the financial district of Shmeisani, on the highest hill in Amman. It was opened twenty years ago, and in 2021 it was modernized. What attracts me most about the Four Seasons hotels is that they provide a consistently high level of service. Four Seasons Hotel Amman is no exception. The service was at the level of the Four Seasons group. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Recessed lighting, flat-screen TVs, modern lamps combine beautifully to create a sense of contemporary elegance. The staff is friendly and very professional. The hotel has a gym, a wonderful spa with a sauna and two swimming pools. Outdoor and indoor. The only thing I would like to pay attention to is breakfast. I would like the service in the restaurant to be consistent with the service in the hotel.

we went to the foyer lounge at the four seasons, and sat for wine and cheese, and were surprised that the cheese platter was very average compared to other very mediocre bars, we requested to have blue cheese in our cheese platter, and were also surprised that they have none at the hotel. The supervisor didn’t have a smiling and welcoming face, but showed extreme tiredness, and acted as if he didn’t want to be here. Overall very average experience, for the money paid.

This hotel is an oasis in a busy city. The rooms are lovely and relaxing, the windows open too for some fresh air. The staff goes out of their way to help you and make you feel welcome. It is not in the downtown area, so you will need a taxi or Uber to get to any sites, restaurants etc, but you may enjoy being slightly out of the hustle and bustle. The views over the white city are lovely.
