Had to call the front desk several times to be picked up , had to wait more than 45 minutes

The restaurant was open until 1 am along with the bar which was a plus for a late flight. The airport shuttle was also very pleasant.

The front desk change my room from deluxe to single without reason, tv signal bad, towels poor condition, a/c operation very noisy, never coming back to this hotel

The hotel was super clean. The staff could improve on customer service.
Upon checkin, we were only given one key card but actually needed two because one was needed for the electricity.
The next day, we were scheduled to be taken to the airport at 6:00am but the front desk attendant didn’t schedule it. However, they immediately rectified the problem.
Overall, we had a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel works very good to pass a night waiting for an early flight connection. You will need to call the hotel to get the shuttle going for you but it runs 24 hrs

I never leave reviews when I get bad service but this one deserves a review! This is the worse hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff was rude and didn’t care about the guests. They never smiled and did not offer any benefits. The room did not have towels and we had to ask for them 3 times. Terrible service!

The room is in a non smoking hotel and the room smelt like smoke. Do to an allergy I can detect right away. The heater /Ac fan rubs making a load noise throughout the night.
