Хороший уютный отель с очень отзывчивым персоналом, готовым помочь по вашим вопросам. Вкусные завтраки, но не сильно разнообразые изо дня в день. Убираются качественно. Остались только положительные впечатления.

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff are amazing - they go out of their way to help you. We would like to say a special thank you to Dana from reception and Raushan from the spa - they sorted out all our little problems with ease.
The hotel room was cleaned very well, and the buffet breakfast was versatile and enjoyable.

Нам отель очень понравился. Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, большие комфортные номера, чистенько. Завтрак и спа входили в стоимость проживания. Кстати, вкусно готовят. Обслуживание 10 из 10. Тихий спальный район. Предоставляют велосипеды бесплатно. Мы воспользовались :). Будем в Нур-Султане, обязательно посетим.

Сняли номер 40м2 для семьи из трёх человек на месяц. Из плюсов: -на следующий день Дали большой семейный номер без доплат -уборка каждый день, замена постельного белья 1 раз в 4 дня -спа салон -ресторан -включен завтрак -приветливый персонал -хорошее расположение -кухня в номерах(апартаменты) -номер не убитый и уютный Минусы: -слышимость ужасная( хоть и написано о шумоизоляции в номерах) и гулянки до 3 ночи у соседей(с алкоголем и перестановкой мебели). -странный контингент, не смотря на заявление о «семейном отеле» (то рабочие, то ищущие любви пары) -вытяжки несут в наш номер запах курева( соседний номер для курящих, воняет у нас даже из розеток ) -на 1 этаже банкетный зал , где постоянно тусовки с басами, от которых не спасают даже беруши( и банкеты часто с 12 дня, про тихий час для детей в отеле, видимо, забыли?) -детская комната через день вся в мусоре и пыли. Нет таблички о правилах поведения: снять обувь, не посещать с признаками орви, не мусорит (мы были редко, потому что часто дети с кашлем и соплями по колено ходили, замечания не делали им, хотя вся информация про коронавирус висит), мусор прямо там бросают. Вывод: если вы едете семьей, то можно поискать квартиру или другие варианты, возможно, будет дешевле и приятнее.
