It's a good motel, but 30 minutes walk to the center of Avignon is a bit tight. There were no supermarkets around, so I had a hard time shopping for food. I couldn't use the kitchen enough. On the last day, I found out that I could go to the station by bus No. 4, but it was too late.

The house is relatively biased, and there is no air conditioning when I go there in summer. It seems to be booked for a lower price, but it is not much cheaper than the city center. The area does not feel safe. Although it is on **********, it does not have a 24 hour front desk. The check-in time is 3pm - 7pm. The place does not provide an alternative check-in method unless arranged before hand. We were traveling during the day without connectivity and were not able to receive their email. When we arrived in the evening, we had no way to check-in, and had to book a different hotel in the mid of the night. Afterwards, they refused to refund even we did not stay at the property.

It was a pleasant stay. Excellent apartment (only air conditioning missing), good location, quiet surroundings, private parking. The bed was comfortable, the table was small. Possibility of later arrival.

Reasonably sized and clean room. Some staff very unpleasant and unhelpful, with attempts to inflate charges for any possible reason. No air conditioning makes the rooms unbearably hot day and night; to be avoided in summer unless absolutely necessary during the Festival.

Good and clean facilities. Nice and helpful staff. It was quite peaceful with beautiful surroundings. It would have been good if the reception was open on weekends as well, mainly for supplies. I would definitely recommend this place.

The room is basic, but that is to be expected for the price. There is a possibility to prepare food. Not a flash kitchen, but enough utensils. Bathroom basic as well, but a nice shower. Best thing is the location. It is just a 10 minute walk to the wall and therefore the city centre. We stayed here for two nights and I would really recommend this place, if you are not fussy. The staff at the reception were really friendly and helpful. Carpark was free and at their fenced grounds.
