雪の降る日に宿泊でしたが、雪の積もったお庭の景色が美しく通常では見られない貴重な景色を見る事ができました。 食事も和食・寿司・ジビエ・ステーキなど、とても美味しかったです。 さらにスイーツもパティシエ手作りで最高でした。 隣の家族も奥様が「最高」と繰り返していたので、間違いないと思います。 夜は「よなよなお菓子」と「ふるまい酒」のサービスがあり、お庭を眺めながらゆっくりとした時間を過ごせました。 雪のせいかお客様が少なかったので聴いてみたところ、心を込めたもてなしをするため、コロナとは関係なく１日３０人までしか宿泊をとっていないとの事でした。 ビュッフェスタイルなのに作り立ての食事を提供していたのも、客の事を考えてのおもてなしだったのだと後になって気づかされました。 また泊まりたいお宿です。

まず、施設は新しくありません。昔の大型の温泉宿といった感じですが、ロビーをはじめとする客側から目につく箇所は綺麗に整えられています。 部屋も新しくはありませんが、しっかりと清掃されており、清潔感があります。水道など施設側も古い設備はミネラルウォータを置くなど、代替対応をしてくれているので、安心できます。 他の方も書いていましたが、食事の質が非常に高いです。ビュッフェ形式で、品数はそれほど多くはありませんが、素材がとてもいいんだろうなぁと感じることが出来るお食事でした。 個人的は食事だけでも泊まる価値があると感じました。 温泉も、とても良く掃除されており、気持ちよく利用することができました。 是非また、利用したいと思えるお宿でした。
