My stay at the A. Maos was fantastic. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised, as value accommodation usually has some concerns.
The hotel has everything you could possible need, it’s a family run business and the staff all want to make your stay pleasant.
Location was ideal, walking distance to the night life but far enough away to avoid the all night noise.
The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are very clean and spacious. The bar is open all hours and the food is delicious.
Thank you for the great hospitality and a fantastic holiday.

I will not recommend this property to anyone and I am very serious as the feedback involves safety and security. I was threatened by the receptionist Mr Hammad who also used obscene language with me and family. Reviewers may wonder what led him to do so and I also wonder and the only reason I could only think of is that he is either racist or a drug addict. The incident required that I contact the police. I will never return to this hotel. As a female with a child, I checked out immediately after the incident. This is in addition to other factors that involve cleanliness and noise.

The place was full of mildew and no parking to put your car. Place need rooms to be tip top. staff are ok but needs updating. I booked 2 twin room at first it was €490 +300 and when arrived €550 each room

Don’t be put off by negative reviews. We stayed here from 13th July for 4 nights and the only thing we can fault is the room not being cleaned. The room itself was very spacious and modern, we requested a pool view on booking and got one. The only negative thing we have to say is that the room didn’t get cleaned the whole time we were there but when we asked for fresh towels and bin bags there was no issue in getting them. The food and drinks here are reasonably priced and the portion sizes are big. The area that the hotel is in is a quiet area about 4 minute walk to Ayia Napa square which we found nice as you weren’t amongst the hustle and bustle constantly. The bar and housekeeping staff were amazing and very accommodating.

Do not book this hotel!!!!! A day before we fly they cancel all 3 rooms with no explanation and offer no help at all! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Never ever ever do it even if it’s ur last option! All the money down the drain because they are awful

Extremely clean hotel with friendly staff. Easy to get to with shuttle airport bus and a 5 minute walk. Close to 2 great Greek restaurants. Comfortable room and wonderful pool.

perfect rooms very clean value for money friendly staff . feel like home and i was surprised with the food huge portions and logicall prices im sure i will visit again and again we had lovely time and i definitely say it for all my friends dont lose time pic up the phone and u will no regret it
