The facility needs a good amount of maintenance works. The ACs are really unreliable and this can really affect your sleep. The bar at the top is certainly a nice place to wind down. Very warm staff ❤️. Close to the city center and makes moving around quite east... THE AIR-CONDITIONING... nooo

I've been using this hotel a few times per year for years now, when I have to go to Belgrade for work. I've been back after two years (no business trips during covid) and the rooms are noticeably more worn out. Everything is still in working condition but you can tell it has been a while since the hotel has been built/renovated. No problems with room cleanliness, they are just worn out. Some more than others. Seems like they keep some of the rooms in reserve and will keep them mostly empty. If you're lucky you can end up in one of those and they feel freshly renovated. Or you can be unlucky and get one with a broken lock on the door. The staff is nice and polite. Had a problem with a lost reservation once and it was handled quickly and professionally. Breakfast is good, definitely a highlight. Parking is a problem. If you're checking in late there's a possibility you won't have any space to park. Even if you ask for a parking space. Which is now no longer free or included in the price. The location is, what it is. Works for me, because it's close to the office. But if you're visiting as a tourist, it's a bit out of the way. Used to have great value for money, but since they raised the prices the value for money is just OK. Bottom line: will stay here again, but will definitely check out other hotels as well.

On April 29th between the hours of 07:30am-8:00am my wallet was stolen either from breakfast or in front of the lobby. I asked the reception to check the cameras, 4 days later they said ok and a week later that they only keep data for 24 hours. They don't care about the safety of the guests or some of the staff cover up.

Everything was pretty much OK apart from being a tad expensive, didn’t write clearly that parking is extra €10, not even for 24 hours, only till noon when is latest check out time. Only when you booked get information about paying parking on top of booking.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked a room through *********** for three nights. On arrival they told me there had been a mistake (before i go any further i should say that *********** resolved my issue and are in no way to blame) and that they had a room for me for one night only and had no space for nights two and three. "Don't worry we'll refund you" they said, as if that solved the problem. I stated this was completely unacceptable. The manager's attitude to this was appalling. Roberto was on reception and clearly trying his best. He kept calling the manager Aleksandra Jordanov, whom made zero effort to accommodate me. Another female staff member on reception was also very poor. I asked for a cover note or something i could provide to *********** to prove that this situation had occurred. Roberto agreed, but then the other female staff member talked him out of it. It was clear they were trying to avoid any issue with ***********. Absolutely appalling. I was in Belgrade for a Taekwondo competition. At that point i had been dehydrated for 48h and not eaten for 72h whilst making weight. The only other hotel in walking distance of my competition venue with room available was double the price at 475 euros. In shot the staff were pathetic, the manager even worse. Do not risk this happening to you. The only person who seemed in anyway bothered about the situation was Roberto.
