Stayed for two nights convenient for watching the excellent Benidorm Fire Show. Would recommend this .

Our 3rd stay at this lovely hotel. 10 minutes from main bars clubs etc. But nice and quiet. Food I find excellent and all staff friendly and helpful. Especially Tery little lady behind bar. A few more people in the world like her and the world would be a better place

Enjoyed this place. Had a parking lot, had very fun night clubs for adults and children. They learnt my son some fun dance moves like chocolate. Also there was a waterpark which was really good near by and the hotel was really close to a beach which we enjoyed merrily

Room was spot-on. Quality bathroom fittings, good matresses and decent balcony, plus air-conditioning which was pretty powerful.....and welcome. Pool area good with plenty of sunbeds. Only criticism was food. The selection was very limited and the sweet section was rubbish. Staff very friendly, evening entertainment was the best, overall, we've seen (usually 3 hols a year) with comfy seating and great bar staff. Improvement to the food would bring this hotel to a proper 4* standard.

We booked this hotel for 23rd December for a week full board . The food was lovley. restaurant area was very clean... clean fresh towels most days . Staff were very helpful and friendly . Xmas Dinner was really nice and free wine to go with it. The hotel was lovley and clean. We so enjoyed our stay. Only bad point was the bed was hard. But you can't please everyone with regards to beds. What a great week we spent here. 20 mins from the beach. And dead opposite benidorm Palace. I will definatly be back.

Iv never been treated so bad in my life avoid at all cost the man in the indoor pool is so rude both put on hats but said mine was not to standard and refuse me a swim no one in the pool and told him I’m not going to put my head under as I can’t swim my hair was totally coved he got angry and said we came early no one was even there recpdhion staff also very rude do not use this hotel my holiday ruined

Only go to this hotel if you have children… it’s catered for them … the entertainment was either very late for adults Or non existent. The food was definitely for the British … not haute cuisine but there wasn’t a day when we couldn’t find something we liked. Without doubt the staff should be congratulated as they were ALL excellent in every department… the bar staff remembered every drink without fault… amazing. The reception staff were always happy and the restaurant staff worked extremely well as a team.. fair play to the cleaning staff especially the rooms were immaculate. The hotel was kept very clean throughout and was very comfortable with large rooms. Overall opinion… this is a great place fr families… disappointed that people didn’t dress up … it’s not that kind of hotel. Excellent if you want to go to the Benidorm Palace as it’s exactly opposite the hotel. You need to be avid walkers to get into the main part of Benidorm or hire taxis or as a lot of people did … rent a Madge Mobile

Very clean hotel..Jesus was a fabulous barman . Food...not one vegetarian meal on all inc..just vegetables..no meal as such like curry or vegetarian sausages/burgers. Plentiful food..drinks ok. About 20 min stroll to beach. Bus stop just over the road which goes into town. Evening entertainment was dire. On the whole very good..a visit to the rockn roll bar down the road is a must but get there early as seats are taken quickly.

My wife & I had a lovely stay at the Mediteraneo fhe staff as befire were very pleasant and helpfull. The food served was nice but unfortunatly the bacon was not very good small minus but everything else was good. The room was nice and comfy but 2 chairs please. Again didnt matter to us but the tv didnt work probably battery problem.
