The photos do not represent the actual rooms. I’m assuming they must be from another in their chain. We booked 10 nights and left very early the next morning after suffering one night. Never packed so quickly in my life. The room was so dirty. The dust would set any asthmatic off. Our daughter’s option of bedding was a manky old green bobbly blanket. Six hangers on a small pole behind the door was our wardrobe offering. The shower had a life of its own. There were stains on the floor. I dread to think. No plug. Stained plug hole. Dubious looking hair in the tray. I could continue… Right in the middle of an industrial estate, so either a bus or taxi is in order if you like to have an alcoholic beverage. The receptionist on the other hand was one of the most politest, friendliest and respectful ladies I have encountered. An absolute credit to the company. She deserves a better work place than that. Very disappointing but we’ve ended up, many thank yous to my partner who sourced a superb little apartment in the middle of Béziers. We love it. Love the area as well.

Exactly what you want from an economical hotel like this. Clean and welcoming. Only real criticism is that the showers are very small.

- Forte odeur d'égout dans la chambre (syphon ?). - la clim ne fonctionne qu'en 3ème vitesse. - flexible de douche cassé à la jonction avec la doucette. - moisissures dans la cabine de douche. Malgré deux signalements à la réception qui m'assure faire le nécessaire et un autre au personnel de ménage, rien n'a été réglé pendant mon séjour

Nous avons posé nos valises en fin d'après midi et récupérés les codes d'accès. Après le diner en ville nous sommes rentrés sans problèmes dans le parking et dans l'hôtel. Arrivés devant la porte de notre chambre, impossible de rentrer car le boitier à code était hors service ! Après de nombreux essais, nous avons appuyé sur le bouton d''appel d'urgence. Nous entendions bien un téléphone sonner mais personne ne nous a jamais répondu. Nous avons fini par aller dormir dans la voiture vers 1 h du matin et attendu jusqu'à 6 heures que quelqu'un arrive. Nous avons été remboursés et on nous a offert le petit déjeuner, et voilà ! pas grave. Inadmissible de ne pas pouvoir joindre quelqu'un au numéro d'urgence en pleine nuit. C'est le minimum !
A presque 80 € la nuit sans petit déj. c'est un hôtel bien en dessous des autres Ibis budget que nous avons fréquentés. Franchement j'espère que ça n'arrivera pas à une famille avec enfants ! Le moins que l'on puisse dire c'est que le remboursement était le minimum que l'on pouvait nous offrir. Si vous avez le choix hôtel à éviter car il est vraiment vieux.

Je suis un habitué des hôtels Accord et aussi des hôtels Ibis et Ibis budget Globalement pas terrible Accueil moyen petit déjeuner et propreté pas convenable Chambre triste C’est vraiment du dépannage !

Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre, beaucoup d'humidité, Vmc et climatisation non fonctionnel, fuite pommeau de douche, trace de brûlure de cigarettes sur le lavabo, lit pas confortable.
Drap, sol et toilettes propre, l'hôtesse d'accueil était agréable et souriante.
