Nice room and good facilities in the kitchen, although there was no chopping board or sharp knife that I could find. Check in was a little more difficult, there is no reception open at the weekend and as in other reviews, it seems to be a consistent problem that the check in code needed for the automated check in is not sent. Despite being sent a message saying 'use the number below to check in', no number is then given. This means you have to call the suster hotel to get your number. They were very helpful and it wqs sorted quickly but if this is a recuring problem then maybe it should be fixed? And there is no option for luggage storage, at least when the reception is closed.

The stay was very pleasant. We saw last minute some comments about the noise pollution from the train but was almost unnoticeable. Actually we enjoyed the train. The window view was somehow soothing. Everything was blooming and the many bicycles passing by was very calming. The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful. The room was very cute and in great condition.

Als Geschäftsreisender habe ich das Hotel gebucht, weil es mir als nächstes zur der von mir besuchten Adresse angezeigt wurde. Das Hotel ist am Besten über den Bus 620 (bitte prüfen) über Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen, da die Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe liegt. Der Check-In war leider nur bis 17:30 Uhr besetzt, aber nach ein paar kleinen Startproblemen spuckte der Self Check-In Automat meine KeyCard aus. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind groß genug und zumindest meins hatte eine Kochnische mit zwei Platten, eine Microwelle, Kühlschrank und eine Spüle. Rudimentäres Geschirr war auch vorhanden. Allerdings sind alle Zimmer extrem laut. Direkt vor der Haustür verläuft eine viel befahrene Bahntrasse auf der spätestens alle 3 Minuten ein Zug vorbei donnert. Da das Zimmer über keine Klimaanlage oder sonstige Lüftung verfügt blieb nur das Fenster zu öffnen und dann war die Lautstärke 24 Stunden am Tag unerträglich. Aus diesem Grunde würde ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen wollen, denn ich konnte nicht schlafen...
