Staff was friendly. Location is good. Right near subway stop and near good restaurants.

This Parisian hotel welcomes the customer very well, which is not so common. The rooms are not very large but new and well equipped. The breakfast is very good and fresh. Small problem with double billing for breakfast with a very quick resolution. I recommend this hotel

Following an unexpected incident with the nanny, I arrived with my 2 young children for a room supposedly for 2 people.
I am refused access to the hotel for security reasons. It's true that leaving 2 young children in the street at 10 o'clock in the evening is at the top in terms of safety.
No solution offered, nor any refund. Thank you Ibis!!!

Hotel very well located and a stone's throw from the metro. 10 minutes from the trocadero.... quiet. Very friendly welcome, we arrived at 11 a.m. no problem getting the room. Nice hotel, well maintained. Drinks, fruit juices, coffees, tea...unlimited day and night at reception, don't hesitate to come down and help yourself. The rooms are a little small but pleasant, impeccable soundproofing on the street side we heard no noise, on the corridor side, no noise. Impeccable and pleasant bedding. Downside in the bathroom, there were hairs left in the shower, and for us there was a lack of large bath towels. All-you-can-eat breakfast, copious and not. We'll come back!

very good value for money, quiet hotel ideally located a few minutes walk from the metro and the Parc des Princes. great welcome with a smile, Eminé was extremely efficient at reception. Thank you for allowing me to keep the room for an extra hour after the We Run Paris race so that I could leave peacefully! Plus: unlimited drinks including 100% fruit juices, Eminé's good humor. The minus: the walk-in shower without curtains in the bathroom ch406. I don't know if all the rooms are like that, but we soak absolutely everything.
