Had actual breakfast food that included eggs, sausage, etc which was a big plus!!!
Staff was friendly.
Room: sheets, towels, bathroom was clean.
Carpets were dirty, and chair inside room was dirty (see photo).
Booked with Trip.com which doesn’t give me leverage to have my price adjusted for a dirty room.

Cracks in drywall with water damage in room. Pool was not usable as it was not heated as we were told it was. Kids were disappointed.

If you're going to be in the business of having bus loads of people who pretty much do everything together, including breakfast have enough seating and a large enough breakfast area to accommodate that massive rush for the people who are not part of that group. Condition of the hotel looks tired, needs some work. There was old food in refrigerator and it was so old it was from obviously many guests ago so not very thorough cleaning. Also there was a wash rag full of human hair in the shower so that obviously wasn't cleaned very well.

Beds were comfortable and it was quiet so good sleeping. Breakfast bar was good to start the day. Hotel was convenient for our adventures.

We had a quick stay but the hotel was rather dirty. The room was fine but had a mildew type odor. Probably won’t be staying there again

Upon arrival check in was easy. However, while checking in we were informed the pool was closed but should be open the following day. Disappointed to say the least was my 4yr old. We booked this hotel for the convince of having a pool on site. The offered the use of another pool at a separate hotel that you had to drive to. With this it was very inconvenient due to the packing and travel time. We were told the next day the pool would be open however once again that was not the case. The pool was down our entire stay. The vending machines were completely sold out of soda/drinks on all floors. The hotel staffs options were “there is a gas station up the street” This is not a convenient option with a child! Our room had a very musty smell to it. We ended our stay early and headed home. Highly disappointed with no accommodation. We will not be back to this location and maybe not even another Holiday Inn at this point.
