Entering the greeting area is amazing thru the front doors. Clean beautiful stair cases just luxurious looking. Get to your room complete dump. Pretty sure has not been updated or painted inside the rooms for 25 years. 50 yards outside to a very nice enclosed pool and tub. Was heated and warm very nice pretty much the reason we ended up staying instead of leaving. Breakfast was worst I have ever seen at a hotel. They could not of done any worse down to the gallon of milk being shared in the little fridge for the fruit loops. Basically was told it’s off season and deal with it 😂

Branson Towers has a great location, is a well maintained facility, and is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff did a good job.

We checked in and found that the toilet would
NOT flush. We called for maintenance to come
Check on the issue and were told that maintenance personnel had left for the day. We were instructed to retrieve a plunger and perform the clearance ourselves. After several attempts (the plunger did not properly fit the toilet bowl and thus ejected “grey” water on me, the floor and surrounding area) the toilet remained clogged. So, we had to use the facilities in the lobby. We were on the 2nd floor at the END of a long hallway. The manager did NOT offer any consideration regarding a room comp or discount. So, kind reader, strike this one from your list.

Breakfast was good, kids loved the arcade, and the pool and hot tub was very nice. The room was clean. Overall great place to stay with reasonable rates. We also liked the location.

we received a letter saying due to hotel being extremely busy our room could not be freshed up or replenished either day .

Room,breakfast, front desk clerks all very nice. There was not anti slip mat or *****s in bath tub . Which caused me to slip and fall, 1st time I've ever fell in a tub. Had not even used any soap or hair products to make it slippery. Was a strange odor that filled elevator and hallways.

This is our second Christmas season staying at Branson Towers Hotel. Our room was nice and clean. The decorations for Christmas were beautiful. Check in was great and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing as always. My only complaint was they did not have the fireplace in our room working and its so nice to sit by it for the holidays. The light and fan for the jacuzzi tub were also not working. I did report this our first night at the hotel however it was never looked in too. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay though.

Housekeeping made beds and refreshed towels daily, which was great for a family of four, especially since I forgot to request it. The rooms are spacious. The pillows were very fluffy. However, the mattresses are super soft, which was fine for my kids and husband, but I have a bad back, so they're uncomfortable for me. Rooms are quiet. Updates are needed but they're in progress. Our room was very stuffy even with the heater set at 66 degrees. We cracked the window open as much as possible.
