The woman who checked us in at 10:00pm after driving all day, was not what you would call friendly or customer service oriented at all...more like a robot

Had a room next to elevator and the noise was awful. Stay away from room 213. Talked to front desk and they even knew that it was a common issue, then why rent room. Seems like a case of greed over giving a good experience.

I enjoy my stay there today. Quiet, very clean, very neat. It's one of the best hotels. I've been 2 cents. I don't know how long for You, I'll keep it beautiful there and you're great employees. Thank you so much for everything.

The whole property is clean and tidy. Front desk people are super nice. The only complaint would be the bed. It felt like I was sleeping on rocks. Definitely need mattress upgrades.

I stayed for work. The location was great. The carpets were very dated and dirty in the room. They must be having a mouse problem, found mouse traps in the room. I got home from my stay with many bumps on my body. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Location was very convenient. Room was comfortable and clean. Although our stay was short, it was relaxing. Also the breakfast provided complimentary, was appreciated and the buffet offered a lot of delicious options.
