Been there twice for some reasons. First time was ok, second time I got the room was close to hwy, so noisy, and one thing can’t accept that previous customers smoked in the room and they might don’t know or whatever, I stayed after few hours my all clothes absorbed that smoke smell. Why they don’t do anything before new customers checkin?

A hotel with extremely low cost performance. According to the staff of the nearby restaurant, it is not worth the price. It is impossible to CAD$300/night. The local hotel is at most $200. There are many good choices nearby for its price, but We ordered late and had to choose😰😰

New reno on an old building was really well done. You can definitely hear other rooms and people walking outside but it was pretty quiet at night. There's no real amenities but you get what you pay for and there's lots of options 2 blocks south.

This hotel has exactly what I needed. Clean comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful service, and a decent price. It's not fancy, but it's what I want in a room.

Overall the room was quite good (newly renovated and very clean) The property is nicely accessible with its location, however as a result, there was a LOT of traffic noise and sirens all night long (corner of Grandview Hwy and Boundary Rd) Rooms facing East or South would likely be much more quiet.

Property was well updated and clean. Staff was friendly and good. Overall really happy with our stay. The obvious from most reviews were the traffic noise but that didn't bug us, and the beds could maybe use some upgrading as they were a little hard but the rest is all good. Smart TVs and modern day updates make it worth the stay.

Staff were great always friendly and very helpful. Room was large comfortable bedding, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator a big plus. Only needed a table. Balcony and seating area. Great location. Less than ten miles from everything.
