They made me leave a day early and then when my booking company tried asked for a parcel refund they were rude and lied on me and tried saying that I took various items from the room and why would I when I am homeless and have no use for items said were taken front desk staff wasn’t very friendly at all

Staff was super friendly. Beds were comfortable. The only problem we encountered was the upstairs neighbors were stomping across the room at 4 am. I’m not sure if it was other guests or housekeeping.

The furniture was old and falling apart and ugly but the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean

The room looked clean, but smelled funky and there were stains on the carpet, etc. The evening clerk was lovely when we checked in. The morning clerk is sullen and grumpy. Breakfast was skimpy & unsatisfying, and posted warnings about only taking one breakast are accusatory and unwelcoming.

The property has easy access to route 167. The room was recently remodelled and was clean.

Didn’t like the factor I got double charged and then made to feel like it’s my fault.
Beds were way too high off the ground.
The carpet around our door was coming up so you can literally see outside.
Microwave only had one setting that worked..the express 30 second button.
Some light fixtures didn’t work.
Breakfast was extremely skimpy…
Our room cards were shut off 30-45 minutes before checkout and cleaning crew was literally standing and staring us down at our door while we loaded up our stuff to leave. Very uncomfortable..
We did have easy access to food and stores.

The first non-smoking room we were given smelled of smoke. The second room was okay, but had a minimum amount of electrical outlets for charging devices and the shower/tub separation nozzle did not work so water came out of both spigots.

Overall a good stay.
Property in good condition.
Property and room were clean.
Air Conditioner worked Great and was the kind that would stay on and run continuously which provides a good atmosphere for sleeping.
Bed was little too firm for me.
Water pressure in shower was a little weaker than I like with the water saver shower head installed.
Breakfast was OK with plenty of Carbs but no hot food.
But my total bill with taxes was only $76.60!
