Charming hotel. Such history. Each bedroom is different. Food excellent, staff are so helpful. Good value. Very very comfortable. Ideal for walking around Cahors. Although close to the train station no noise. Luckily I am back again to stay later in the year.

This is a nice, well-located, older hotel that offers an experience of an elegant past. Some staff speak some English, and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options are good and we had a very nice dinner in the restaurant. There is a small lift that can be used to take luggage from the garage to any floor in the hotel. Cahors is a charming town with a medieval bridge and an interesting cathedral, and is a good base for day trips to Pech Merle cave and other sights of interest,

We booked Hotel Terminus for a night stay as disabled travellers. They contacted y’a immediately to explain the only room available was not suitable but more importantly stairs lead the hotel entrance which would have been a problem. The efficient English speaking receptionist contacted us and instantly arranged to cancel the booking. Excellent efficient kindly service! Thank you

A family-owned hotel since the early 1900s, it's been upgraded incrementally over the decades. While some of the fixtures and fittings may be a little old-fashioned, it has a charm absent from the typical chain hotels. It's obviously lovingly managed and the service from the family and staff is attentive and very friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. The only criticism I would have is that there is a bath with a shower nozzle and no screen rather than a proper shower. But that's a minor inconvenience. All in all it was like a step back in time with beautiful decor including stained glass windows and a curated feel to it. The very good breakfast was traditional French breads and pastries. Highly recommended.
