I made an impromptu plan to visit Canmore and found this hotel for a big discount the night before. Upon arrival, we were blown away by what we received for the price. There was a full kitchen with coffee maker, water boiler, full utensils and knives, plates, etc., small living room with a fold out sofa, two bedrooms each with a full bathroom and tv, as well there is a half bathroom on the top floor. The parking is very small, not ideal for anyone with larger vans or SUVs. There are stone pillars that prop the upper levels every two spaces. The area is also slightly outside the main area of the city, but is all accessible by walking, cycling, or driving. There is currently a new facility being built adjacent to the property but the noise did not bother us. There are also balconies outside the rooms and one at the top with a BBQ grill. There is also laundry! There is no front desk. You will receive an email with a password to your room. It is a little confusing to use but you get the hang of it after. I only spent one day there, but now I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy Canmore-Banff and also enjoy the place. However, the bathrooms seem to have thin walls. I could hear people walking around in the tub in the morning, or so it sounded like it.
