Hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast items were served in individually packed containers. Staff were friendly. We had a very noisy neighbor but that is something that noone can expect. Will recommend this hotel.

Ok property , stayed for 7 nights ( 6 due to flight cancellation) didn’t have any bedding changed , had to ask for toilet paper and towels a few times , breakfast very basic and same every day, never been to the states before and to be honest this hotel is not in the best location unless you have a car. Also discovered that the hotel doesn’t have free local bus service as advertised on ******* which meant we spent a lot on Ubers! . Also the TV in the room didn’t work correctly so constantly unplugging it to make it connect to signal. If I stayed in the area again I’d make sure the free bus is available.

In general the hotel facilities are excellent. Hotel amenities are very good. Breakfast area exceeds expectation, variety in daily offerings and very clean.
It is a shame that simple things affect the overall guests experience. The room was not serviced/ cleaned in four consecutive nights

I really enjoyed my stay until the last day. Another group on the hall was screaming and super loud to the point that I called the front desk at 12:30 AM. Unfortunately it continued for over an hour.

Only booked this property because it has an indoor pool .....didn't find out it was closed until after check in will never return

This hotel is clean and well located convenient to a big shopping area and all the local highways. I would stay there again.
