My stay caused a lot of frustration. The location had bed bugs and the staff was not helpful in trying to fix the problem. My trip had to be rearranged in the middle of the night.

Reserved and paid for 2 bed room on *******. Upon checking in they said they only had a king room and that ******* says in the small print that it doesn’t guarantee your room. Ok… why did I book a double, pay for it, and get a confirmation of a double, only to get here and have them say ‘*******s fault, not ours.’ Very stressful when trying to get checked in quickly before game.

When we walked into the hotel it smelled so clean! How refreshing! The lobby was clean and decorated nicely. The young man helping us get checked in was very friendly! Our bedroom was clean and orderly. Great place to stay!

Hotel was good overall. Comfortable beds, good shower pressure, good breakfast.
My only complaint is that after I completed my check in, the person at the front desk told me that I should have told her I was visiting a student because they would have given me a much better rate. Why didn’t she tell me 5 minutes earlier? No one likes to hear they could have paid a lot less right after they paid for their room.

Upon checking in, we saw several bugs in the stairwell. Chairs in the dining room were stained on the upholstery.
The noise insulation is not very good as it is possible to hear folks walking around at all hours of the day and night.
The fire alarm went off several times before 6:30am one morning of our stay due to a system "malfunction".
The next night, there was someone jiggling our door handle. That is out of the hotel's control, but at properties of this level, you often have those things happen based on who is staying at the hotel.
Overall it was a fine place to stay, but I would not stay at this hotel again. I would opt for a more expensive better cared for property.

Room was dirty and dusty, bits of trash and crumbs on the floor, stained and wet curtains in main room. Sofa pull out bed sheets were covered in stains and clearly not changed from the previous guest. However the breakfast was decent and the pool was fantastic for kids.
