Hotel Zenith

We are returning from the zenith hotel after a beautiful week of vacation spent in pinarella It was a nice discovery we were pampered by the staff of this hotel thanks to the reception girls Stefania and Nassima very kind and helpful ... Angela a girl always ready to do everything to fulfill every request and the very nice Fabbrizio and welcomes everyone making you feel at home we did not miss anything good food abundant and varied cleaning in the room nothing to say very kind even the lady on the floor surely we will return

It is our second year staying at the Zenith Hotel and we had a great time. Friendly and always available staff. Here you can taste the Romagna air. Swimming pool for adults and children with the presence of the lifeguard. Excellent entertainment in the hotel and beach for adults and children. Good and varied food. Beach and pine forest very close. Recommended for holidays with children.

I stayed a week in August and I can really say that I was fine. I felt pampered by the reception reception very helpful, customer care in the dining room, listening to requests. Fast and friendly service. Rich and varied buffet and every day meat, fish or vegetables Smiles and availability I can say that Romagna really feels good. I just stayed one night in this hotel, what can I say ... the rooms are beautiful, renovated (even the bathroom, also very spacious), the waiters in the restaurant are very friendly and the cuisine is also good, 5 choices of starters, as well as main courses and 4 choices of fruit / dessert; at the buffet there are appetizers (abundant) and vegetables. Negative notes: on the booking confirmation they ensure parking but in reality they should specify until exhaustion since the hotel has 10 places in the cross and ok that in front there is a large free municipal parking however, especially in the we and in August, it is always packed and the receptionists can't answer me: eh wait outside the parking lot until someone leaves. Does not exist! Learn to specify better in the booking that there are parking lots in the area but with limited places because I showed 10 people your booking confirmation and they all read it like me, that is: there is parking included! Don't tell me that I don't know the all-inclusive formula because I just left an excellent family hotel with all-inclusive and if you indicate the parking it means that you have it for everyone otherwise YOU SPECIFY IT! Another thing ... I have a 14 month old girl ... I will have asked 6 times to put my camping cot, both before arriving and during the day but nothing ... when at check in I was told that in no time they would have put it ... friendly receptionists but I would review their skills ... also because you wanted the balance immediately even for the two nights that I still had to do in the adjacent hotel, so ... Apart from these two misunderstandings, the second incommentabile, I repeat that kitchen and rooms ok but next time I will think twice before returning.

Long wait at check-in. Room not very spacious with many flaws starting from the uncomfortable mattress to the very slow wi-fi, when it worked. Restaurant service with 2 table changes (we didn't understand why but it doesn't matter), stained tablecloths, low quality food and bad service. Pool where it is impossible to relax, apart from the size of the pool, very modest, many children playing and making continuous noises. Check-out with a surplus of around 55 euros of drinks not consumed.

Hotel 3 stelle a Cervia, fortunatamente aperto anche fuori stagione. Camera e arredi un po' datati . La camera assegnataci era decisamente molto piccola, per una notte può anche andare bene, ma non di più. Colazione nella norma. Rapporto prezzo/qualità buono.

Mi limito a descrivere ciò che è successo. Prenoto una notte in B&b al prezzo di €102 , siamo 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Alla fine decidiamo di cenare in hotel e chiediamo la disponibilità; ci dicono ok ma la cucina chiude alle 20,30 😱, ok penso siano in un hotel ci sta... Arriviamo alle 20,20, scegliamo le portate x la cena, una era terminata quindi due soli secondi a disposizione e ci accomodiamo. Ceniamo, tutto ok. Andiamo alla reception x l' assegnazione della camere e saldare il conto, rigorosamente il giorno prima della partenza. Mai visto ma va bene. Conto € 221! 😱😱😱 29 euro a testa di cena compresi i bambini per una pasta al pomodoro e una bistecca, secondi portati a tavola mentre eravamo ancora a metà del primo! Alla nostra richiesta di motivazioni la risposta è stata, avevate prenotato in B&B e non possiamo farvi la mezza pensione! E xké mai??? Se non mi fai la mezza pensione allora mi dai il servizio da ristorante! Ah ma avete mangiato bene però! E cosa dovevo pure mangiare male??? Se mi fai, giustamente, il servizio da Hotel mi fai pagare da hotel non da ristorante! Un furto!

Ottimo consiglio vivamente... abbiamo fatto un mini weekend per la sagra della seppia e abbiamo dormito in questo hotel molto confortevole dove abbiamo cenato benissimo e la colazione del giorno seguente direi super abbondante e molto buona ..lo staff gentilissimo che dire da tornare sicuramente... grazie 😊👍
