Excellent location and the staff at the reception desk were very helpful. Very friendly people staffed everywhere in the hotel and they assisted me with me several requests. Smiling faces everywhere.

There is a maintenance engineer in the hotel who behaves strangely. No matter whether there is a "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door, he will always try his best to enter the rooms of Chinese tourists to cause sabotage. He can swipe the card of any room. The bed and toilet were very itchy, and it was suspected that bacteria had been introduced, so the Ctrip platform called the police overseas to deal with it. Beautiful property. No USB ports in rooms. Only liquid soap, containers mounted too high for comfort. Otherwise extremely comfortable.

I attempted to move from this location to the other location in the same city. Both locations had plenty of rooms.. Told by the managment that they have a strict policy about changes on the day of arrival. So if I wanted to move locations 10 miles down the road I would be paying both locations.

A bit dark in all the parking areas, rooms were large and comfy. I would stay here again. Staff is friendly
