Lovely friendly hotel. One of the very few with private secure parking. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Walking distance to town and light show.

I was traveling with my grown son. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and well kept. Breakfast was very good. The area is very quaint and the cathedral is unbelievable.

Only 2-3 minute walk from the railway station. Most rooms have a view of the cathedral. Room was ok, with a french balcony. Bath and toilet could have been cleaner. No bed bugs as of time of writing. Excellent service, nice breakfast.

Great hotel in Chartres. Friendly service and very nice breakfast. Location was perfect for a visit to the cathedral...a very short walk. The hotel is also a short walk to many restaurants in the city. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

actually if we had longer, it would still be perfect. Great location. breakfast was good, front desk was very friendly and informative and recommended a great place for dinner. very Clean and we could see the night illuminations from our hotel room. highly recommended value for the price .

Overall, a very good experience. Modern hotel right near the train station and good restaurants. Staff was courteous but not overly friendly. The first room a/c didn’t work, usb ports didn’t work and phone was so full of static, the front desk couldn’t hear me. Demanded another room. A/c and usb worked but phone was the same. How can you operate a modem hotel where the phones don’t work??!!!

Overall a good choice and great value. However, neither the a/c nor the phone nor any of the usb ports worked. We were given another room the second day and the a/c worked but not the phone. They didn’t seem to understand or care, although they were always pleasant.
