The bed was comfortable but it was hard to sleep with all the noise. Between kids yelling, dogs barking and doors slamming. The hot breakfest was ok. The coffee was always out after breakfast. Parking is bad. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Stayed in a handicap room. Loved the room but everyone slammed there doors very disturbing. Not the hotel’s fault. Food was great the service was outstanding.

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and very nice. Breakfast was the best I’ve had at hotels in a long time. Lots of choices - hot and cold.

The area was quiet, but the hotel was noisy. The elevator floor was sticky, either from not being scrubbed or from not being rinsed. In fact, most of the uncarpeted areas looked as if they could use a good scrubbing, making me wonder how clean the carpets were.

Our keys wouldn’t work and the person at the front desk had to come up and do something to the door to get us in. And then the same thing happened to the people down the hall from us checking in other than that it was fine.

Got to the hotel and the tv remote was. Missing the back cove and was sticky to the touch along with not controlling the Tv. Called that night and told them if they could just get it fixed by the next morning that would be ok as we would be at a LAX game nearby. Got back and Walked down to front desk with the same broke remote front desk staff sails they wil have to move us to another room because of the remote. The also said the can

It appeared I was put in a handicap room. Toilet was too high and TV had some setting that described what was going on in the show.

Check in was fine. Area kinda of run down. GPS sends you to a Fairfield Inn a couple blocks over. Both hotels say it’s common occurrence, but neither hotel seemed interested in doing anything about it
