Its not an apartment hotel .No cooking facilities.Expensive for value for money .The only plus point is that its in T nagar . Rooms getting tired. Vegetarian restaurant with a value for money breakfast buffet.

we had 3 rooms at Lotus for our family members. We stayed here for 8 nights. Good service. We had the Kitchenette suites so we had ample space in our rooms. We were very comfortable with 4 of us in our suite. They gave us an extra bed. The AC had some issues for about a day and a half. The hotel was nice enough to remove the extra bed charges through out our stay. Housekeeping, laundry etc. was wonderful. They were also able to arrange airport drop transportation services. They have complimentary breakfast which is quite good and they variety is nice. They change it up on a daily basis. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner as well on an ala carte basis. We ate ***y meals at the restaurant. Its primarily used by folks living at the hotel. The food is good and the service is even better. And room service is available and its quite quick. The only negative is I would say is that the wifi is not strong and it very flaky. So the connection keeps cutting in and out. Overall we were very satisfied with the experience and would consider this hotel again

Breakfast was good good variety food. Room is clean. Toilet and bathroom not very neat. There is a smell in toilet. Good location. Staff were friendly.

Review ✓ minimum Very nice Apartment stay I really enjoyed stay .staff was very helpful and good rooms. it was excellent food and good staff . Our event was at Green forest and it was also not far .I recommend stay and food was awesome . I will choose next time the same apt .

The hotel in itself was average, can't really complain for the price. But there was a bad smell in the toilet and kitchen sink, probably just bad drainage. We took the 1BR on the second floor. Reasonably spacious. Kitchen utensils were bad, only the kettle was in decent shape.
Location wise, good restaurants (and a few bars) in about 15 minute walking distance. Easy to get a Tuk.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

I liked service provided however did not like when they refused to refund me for checling out a day early inspite of me telling in advance reply was ******* would help hotel refused ******* same with free breakfast advertiswment will not stay here henceforth also rooms felt claustrophobic with no windows
