Most of the hardware facilities are good, but the trash cans in the room and toilet are too small. The overall atmosphere is great, clean and comfortable. Breakfast tastes good too. The pool is also great. The free bicycle rental service is also very good, but it is recommended to pay more attention to the brake problem. The brakes of some bicycles feel a bit loose. The location is very good, quiet and quiet. The only thing that made us uncomfortable was the attitude of the staff. I had paid all the housing payments online in advance, but I was asked to pay an additional deposit of 2,000 baht on site, which shocked us. I have stayed in so many hotels and I have never been asked to pay a deposit. Although the staff was still very polite, what we felt was insincerity and even a bit contemptuous. The staff said they were afraid that we would damage the facilities in the room, so they needed to pay a security deposit, which would be returned to us after we checked out. We still gave us 2,000 yuan, but it caused us inconvenience because we had to go directly to the airport to leave Thailand after checking out, so returning us 2,000 yuan in cash after checking out was very troublesome for us and took up time on our trip. in budget. So the next day we told the staff that please return the cash to us. We can temporarily swipe the card instead. However, when we checked out on the last day, they said that we could not swipe the money back. We need to withhold the two thousand yuan and wait for 14 days. If there is no problem It will be brushed back. We don’t understand again here. If cash can be refunded immediately, why do you have to wait 14 days to swipe a card? We understand that tourists from a certain country may have caused losses to the hotel, which led to your reaction, but it is really uncomfortable for us to face the guests with a suspicious or even contemptuous attitude. Although the staff was very polite and tried their best when explaining Keep smiling, but we can feel the insincerity and discrimination underneath the smile.

This place has the perfect location dead center of the old city. The rooms are very clean with super comfortable beds, pillows and blankets. A/C works efficiently and cools the room quickly. We booked the family room and the double room, which was perfect for my family of 8. The bathrooms were very large with hot water, shampoo, soap and shower gel. There is a mini fridge, safe, umbrellas, with complimentary coffee and water each day in the rooms. Television has many local and movie channels. The free wifi works very fast and steady. The staff are exceptionally friendly and work hard to accommodate your requests and provide very useful information. Anu, the housekeeper, is amazing. He is attentive and has a good sense of humor. If you have a late arrival, send the hotel a message beforehand because they lock the front door. If you arrive and nobody is there, call Anu at +66832998047. If you speak slowly, he will understand you. Kittikorn, the general manager, was also extremely friendly and helpful. The big red taxis drive right up to the hotel. No need to call for one. There's usually one every minute. The restaurant has a good menu. We didn't eat there because we just wanted to eat street food until we couldn't walk anymore. The Sunday market opens up directly in front of the hotel and is an amazing experience. Plenty of delicious street food, clothing and souvenirs at cheap prices in every direction. We're definitely staying here again, when we come back!

Ah ah ah ah I want to blow up this hotel! ! ! In fact, she is a 10-room homestay, so it is estimated that it is not bookable for holidays. First of all, the location is invincible, and you don’t have to worry about the sound of traffic on the road. Walk 20 meters out of the alley and across the road is Chedilong Temple. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Wat Phra Singh, and about 15 minutes to walk to Tha Pae Gate. The popular attractions in Chiang Mai are all within walking distance. Then there are many restaurants and coffee shops at both ends of the alley. The shop on the side of Chedi Luang Temple is more high-end and exquisite. The opposite Mr. Kai and Chiang Mai's long-established braised beef noodle restaurant must be tried! At the entrance of the alley is the THANN specialty store, and then 50 meters ahead to cross the road is the local brand of Chiang Mai, herb basics. After I bought the herb, the clerk said that I don’t need a plastic bag to give me herbal cream. I walked back to the hotel with more than a dozen kinds of handmade soap, hand cream and shampoo kit. Let's relax within a 10-minute walk. Anyway, all kinds of convenience are near. The breakfast is also delicious! His porridge is not the same as in China, it feels closer to rice cereal, but it is very fresh. Beef stew is served with rice. If you are not used to eating in the morning, you can replace it with rice noodles (they call it noodles). There is also a Western-style breakfast with bacon sausage scrambled eggs. In the small restaurant next to the front desk, there is an unlimited supply of milk, yogurt, orange juice, iced coffee, and small snacks and bread. He takes off his shoes when he enters the house. Foreigners like to walk around the hotel with bare feet; Chinese people also have slippers if they are not used to it. All in all, it’s all kinds of satisfaction. I’m satisfied to the point that I dream of retiring or coming to live for another week. It’s so comfortable and convenient! ~~ The price is not high. The only minor drawback is that there is no swimming pool, but the overall price-performance ratio is already amazing! ~

Chiang Mai Ancient City
The hotel is in the ancient city of Chiang Mai. Let’s talk about the advantages first. It is very clean and similar to a homestay. There are cafes on the first floor and guest rooms on the second floor. There are only a few rooms. You have to take off your shoes when you go upstairs. To the north of the hotel, it is just 10 minutes away from the airport. It is very convenient to go everywhere. There is a delicious restaurant opposite the hotel, which is much better than the hotel itself, and the price is affordable! The front desk does not speak Chinese but only English. Fortunately, the translation software is very powerful and communication is barrier-free. Because what we reported in Chiang Mai are all day trips, we have to go out at 7 or 8 o'clock. The hotel breakfast is a bit late at 8-10 o'clock. It is a perfect miss. The hotel can only make sandwiches in advance for three days. This is a comparison. I'm sad. In addition, the shower head in the hotel only has a shower head and is fixed, which cannot be removed. It is depressing and inconvenient to bring a baby. The bed was comfortable and clean. This is everything for me personally.

I would like to recommend this hotel very much because the boss of this hotel is very kind and hearty and give me very great help when I met trouble. I rented a motorcycle in Chiang Mai for one day. My plane took off the next morning early so I prepare return the motorcycle that day night. But the motorcycle store closed when I arrived because of the heavy rain, and I could not wait for the store open next morning because of the plane. I had no way to get my deposit back. At the moment I asked the boss of the hotel for help, and she and her son were very helpful, they had overcome many difficulties and done a lot of work and took my deposit back in the end. They are kind, responsible and enthusiastic. So if you have chance to go to Chiang Mai, please have a good night in this hotel--Namamema. It near by the Wat Chedi Luang, it is very convenient. I thank the boss again for her help and God bless you!

Stayed for 3 nights and slept like a baby. The bed and pillows were perfect for me. Used stairs to get to 2nd floor room. AC and shower excellent. Staff exceedingly gracious and helpful. Centrally located with huge Sunday market just around the corner. Quiet. Great food, coffee, baked goods and massage within easy walking.

Wifi connection: 1/5. The wifi connection in my room is bad, frequently lose connection (both my phone and my wife’s phone). The network speed is also slow. Anyway, internet connection and speed is bad in my room. Breakfast buffet: 2.5/5. The food tastes below average a little. Some food (i.e. egg, fried rice) is cold (around 9:30 AM). staff: 4.5/5. Most staff are very very friendly and professional. Only one staff (a little slim woman) at reception desk looks not friendly without any smiling, even a little angry, let us have bad feeling. Location: 5/5. Location is perfect. Bedding: 5/5. Mattress and duvet is good. I feel comfortable. Quiet: 4.8/5. The effect of soundproofing for door and window is good.
