The location was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful with check in and laundry services. The only issue is the cleaning staff should pay close attention when cleaning the rooms. There were fruit seeds on the floor from previous people who where there. Also the towels in the bathroom were changed but the bathtub wasn’t cleaned out. Other than that I’d highly recommend this hotel.

It's a bit troublesome to set the lights and heating switches in the room. You can only turn on the outside living room, not just the inside room. Really great location - literally right across the street from the subway and cableway, ten minutes walk to lots of great things, super convenient. Clean and pleasant, and they gave us some local specialty snacks at checkout too, which was sweet. Only thing I’d say is bring some earplugs or patience, as the soundproofing is very poor - we could hear a neighbor watching short videos for hours, and another one’s notifications dinging, and conversations as well. And not very security-minded, as one of the two elevators is accessible outside the hotel. But it’s a pro and a con, since it also meant delivery people can get right to your door. Really recommend for the location.
