This hotel is now my first choice when in Köln. Easy check in, very warm and clear room with adjustable radiators. Great bathroom. The staff are lovely, friendly and efficient. I will be staying again.

Friendly staff, though desk was not usually staffed. Easy check-in and check-out. Great location, walking distance from many shops and tourist attractions. No elevator.

I absolutely love this hotel! I wish I could have stayed longer, and if/when I go back to Cologne, I’m staying here again. Perfect location in my opinion - you can walk to everything from here. And the staff are so nice - the whole city is full of friendly people.

Stayed for Karneval. Good location and served as a comfortable place to rest between events in the City. Lots of stairs. We got our exercise every day getting to our room.

Basic but nice. Spent a couple of days there to basically sleep only. Top location, comfortable beds and good showers. Very good price quality ratio.
