Some improvements are due:
1) Some bath towels were too old (could see through some parts of the towels)
2) Food cupboard and drawers not cleaned
3) Drawers in wardrobe not cleaned
4) Curtains need washing
5) Ceiling by the windows has some black dust

We liked the staff. They were so politely and professional. The room was spacious and comfortable. Definitely, we will book this hotel again.

If you do not a portuguese speaker, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all cost.
Staff were rude when I asked if anyone spoke spanish or english so I could communicate the problem which was, the cleaning lady abruptly got into my room without knocking or announcing herself. I was in my underwear.
The male receptionist "with the piercing holes" at my check out was absolutely the worst.

The sofabed was awful.
Generally speaking it was so-so... Ok for the price...

Nao gostei do atendimento da recepção. Tive que ficar aguardando mesmo com um segundo recepcionista desocupado.
Depois quando fui atendida não encontravam minha reserva e perguntaram se era para aquele dia, me deixando constrangida.
Além de ser ignorada qd cheguei, tb ao ser atendida fui informada que ao fazer check-out caso não entregasse os cartões teria que pagar pelas toalhas. Achei que esse comentário deveria ser informado de maneira sutil ou em um comunicando dentro do apartamento.....a informação pelo recepcionista não parecia um aviso informativo, pois foi expresso em tom de discriminação e desconfiança.

Hotel com boa localização, equipe educada, café da manhã muito gostoso. Ficamos hospedados em quarto quádruplo, com dois ambientes. Quarto com ar condicionado e TV apenas em um dos ambientes. O Chuveiro estava com sistema de aquecimento defeituoso (imprevisível), mudando de temperatura o tempo inteiro, gelado ou muito quente. Elevadores e área do café da manhã são subdimensionados para a demanda. Os elevadores apresentaram defeito no último dia e precisamos descer de escadas, com as malas.
