My key didn’t work half the time, the service was quite poor (messed up my simple coffee order, overcharged me for a coffee even), and the hotel room tea kettle had rust.

There was NO ONE staffing the restaurant for breakfast. NO ONE. I and three unrelated other people waited and waited and then left. Hotels by this ownership group are always dingy and dirty in the corners and baseboards and the elevators are beat up. A little design flair does NOT make up for the dinginess and poor service.

How about a little hot water? Sometime last night the hot water was broken. There was a lot of noise as the hotel staff scrambled to do something. I think. I was awaken many times during the night. In the morning, no hot water in the shower, When I checked out, I was told (when I prompted them) that I would be compensated with a 50% reduction in the room expense, but as I asked for an email receipt I cannot at this time verify that they have provided me with the refund. If they do, then I would be very happy and give a better review. But for now...it sucks.

My room was listed on your site as being a luxury suite. I would say that was a significant overstatement. It was fine but a bit tired and not what I would call luxury. I wasn't offered any upgrades even though I was supposed to receive one. I checked in at 910 pm on a Monday and was told that the restaurant was closed, and no room service. I asked where I could go nearby and was told that everything was closed and I could order Uber eats! I went into the restaurant and the bartender didn't even want to pour me a drink to take to my room. Thankfully a server offered to get me one. Not what I would call great service! Over promised and under delivered

Nice property. There was still some unfinished areas while we were there. Staff was kind. Decor is modern but kind of sterile feeling with all the florescent lights. It’s a renovated motel and I feel you can really tell that in the hotel rooms themselves. Shower was AMAZING! They’re huge!
