This definitely feels like a franchise of the Radisson and a world away from the hotels I’ve seen in the Middle East or Europe. The breakfast is one of the few reprieves here. A lot of the hotel is natty and in many places including the rooms themselves, in need of care and maintenance.

Overall the stay was disappointing. The buildings are all much older and poorly maintained than the main lobby building. Of the two people we spoke two at the front desk, one was fine and the other rude without reason.

We were suppose to stay 2 nights we stayed there only because we got there around 12:30 am. The carpet was so dirty and it smelled like smoke, I couldn't even sleep because the smell was so bad. We also were trying to relax around 2 am the fire alarm went off and everyone evacuated. We were outside for 20 minutes and no one came out to tell us that it was safe to go back in. We only went in because the people started to go in and the alarm sound went away and the lights flashing were still on. I am just trying to get my refund for the 2nd night but it is so hard to talk to a real person. I have been trying to get a hold of someone since Friday and it keeps telling me that there are too many people waiting.

Jason or Josh (can't remember his name but it was one of those two I believe) was the front desk attendant when I checked in . He was warm, helpful and very accommodating . I could tell he took pride in his job and therefore rose above and beyond the call of duty to ensure guests at the hotel were taken care of and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Had variety and was fresh. The housekeeping ladies were very pleasant and quite kind. I took them used towels acouple of times I'm the late evening and they always greeted me with a warm smile and happily swapped me for fresh warm clean towels. The hotel was surprisingly quiet and VERY clean! I would definitely stay here again and I HIGHLY recommend it to everyone. Great place with great staff. 10/10 . Thank you radisson Staff

No microwave, no fresh air, and room service is horrible. You may find something better at a better price.

The hotel wouldn’t honor anything that the reservation said. Shower curtain wouldn’t close so every time someone showered it flooded bathroom floor. Couldn’t get any extra towels. No working windows in our room the bathroom fan didn’t work. Looked like black mold in the bathroom. Staff was far from friendly made you feel like an inconvenience for staying there. Lobby looked nice but other than that I would highly recommend not staying there.

Was not very impressed by this hotel. If you feel like you want to stay in a hotel where you keep looking out your window to see if your car is still there then this is the place to stay.👍
