Basically, this kind of service quality has nothing to do with Hilton.
1-The bus that comes here from the airport is extremely dirty. The seat cushions are full of dirt. It took a long time to wait and it didn’t come. There were so many people that I couldn’t get on.
2-The breakfast is a joke, it is unheard of for a hotel breakfast of 2,000 yuan to be so basic.
3-The room was not cleaned once during the stay until the day of check-out
4-The lady at the front desk has an indifferent attitude
5-The facilities are simple, sorry for the price

Overall evaluation: I will never stay here a second time. 2 minutes.

The hotel staff was very nice. The lobby was bright and clean. My room was ok. The sofa was pretty dirty and I didnt opt to sit on it. The bedding was ok but not the nicest. The hotel was very convenient to the airport so it served it purpose.

Make sure to schedule the airport shuttle otherwise they may not have room for you.
We did not realize that we had to schedule it, so we're unable to use the free shuttle, even though that was one of the reasons we specifically picked this hotel. Shuttle driver was quite rude and AM front desk not super helpful.

Broken elevators. Shuttle unreliable/unavailable. Opened my room door to find it was occupied! Bed in new room had dirty wrinkled smelly sheets with hair!

They did a great job clearing snow from parking lot. Even though it was crazy with the weather everyone was very friendly and helpful!!
