Walls were dirty bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and valet parking took forever no one in the front of the hotel plus extra money to park your car.

The location for this hotel is excellent if you plan to rely on walking and public transportation. As far as the hotel itself, the only parts I can recommend are the heated rooftop pool (which is nice even in the dead of winter) and the complimentary water in the lobby. The service was spotty and the property is in desperate need of remodeling and repairs. We had several plumbing and housekeeping issues that were not resolved and the hotel refused to address noisy and unsafe guests, requiring us to move rooms after midnight during our last night. The manager was friendly but I will not stay here again, even with a discount or upgrade.

The Warwick is an average hotel that’s comfortable and cozy. The staff behind the front desk tend to be a bit snooty and plain rude. With the exception of the super nice Latin guy …the manager was rude and flat out admitted that having 2 bookings requires 2 security deposits is inconvenient for the guest … eve tho I diidnt switch rooms.

We had a good time. The room was big and clean. Had a good time in the pool. The only issue we had was the pillows are really small and could be normal to long size to feel better on ones neck and back

Great stay at a great location. The rooms are very big, I got a room with two queen beds for my wife and two kids and it feel very spacious. The pizza and pasta on the Italian restaurant was great, however the server was very rude.

Overall nice hotel. Unfortunately it took 15 minutes for the hot water to get to my room. So go.to the bathroom and wait 15 minutes to wash ur hands with warm water. Maintenance chalked ot up to it being an old building. Not impressed and not offered a different room or a better rate because of the inconvenience

Because this property is so judgmental, they wouldn’t let us just clear a deposit on the room through my debit card. It was the wildest thing I have ever experienced in a Colorado snowstorm.
