The low price is satisfactory, but it is really simple. There is no elevator and the room is still large. If you value the low price, you can choose. The high price is not worthwhile unless you have no room. There are many hotels around but it is close to the airport.

The pool was dirty, debris on bottom water was warm but very cloudy. No hot tub. The shower in the room was cracked on the wall like someone had punched it. The drain in tub was sharp and corroded. The parking lot had not been scooped or enerting doors, walkways were icy. Beds shhets were worn amlost ripped see thru worn. Beds were comfortable and pillows.

The staff was friendly and helpful however we did have to wait 3-5 minutes for anyone to show up at the desk. There was a lot of snow in the parking lot.

Our blanket on the bed had a stain on it not hard to miss. Parking was an issue due to the snow could have had the empty spots cleared out . The staff was pleasant, and the breakfast was good. Overall the stay was good.

Room reeked of **** and sheets were dirty. We did get a different room after speaking to front desk.
Unaware of $50 charge for ‘incidentals’. Most hotels only charge if needed, this hotel charges upfront and I’m waiting for reimbursement. Was also charged an additional amount and am unsure why. Will be contacting hotel if not reimbursed extra charges
Shuttle to airport was timely and friendly. We had an early flight so unfortunately nothing available for breakfast.

The grout was dirty and old. Being dairy free and gluten free nothing for breakfast except sausage. At least they could have oatmeal.

Booked for 3 nights via ******* and prepaid. We finished our photo mission the second day, however, I wasn't back to the hotel till after checkout on that day, so I expected to have to pay for the 2nd night even though I was checking out. The hotel said that I needed to talk to *******, but they couldn't do a refund. When I explained the situation to ******* chat, they contacted the hotel then came back to say the hotel told them "NO REFUND". Gave up on ******* - they're a waste of time. I rang the hotel directly and the person who ******* spoke to, Anita, answered. Yep, I was probably rude (I was pretty annoyed by this time), and she responded much the same. She claimed she'd told ******* they'd refund the 3rd night, but not the 2nd. When I pressed her, she then disclaimed offering to refund the 3rd night. No clue about customer service and no ability to do basic math either.
AVOID THIS HOTEL. Not a good deal at any price.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowed late checkout beyond their usual time, rooms were simple but very clean. Could use some deep carpet cleaning or new carpeting in the hallways, room refrigerator didn’t work
