The hotel was clean but very basic. The $17 breakfast buffet is overpriced. A couple of cold meats, slimy scrambled eggs and some toast. Most hotel’s free breakfasts are better than this one.

This hotel is a joke. Our vehicle was broken into using the service from the hotel. We were not notified until we went to get our truck. Then took over an hour to talk with a manager. The hotel did not even seem to care, and the valet company just basically said this is normal. Very sad for a supposed better hotel.

Hotel was fantastic right in the heart of everything we wanted to do and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Feel very safe Detroit has done an exceptional job of reinventing downtown. Staff at hotel are very nice and helpful I will definitely be staying again for any concert or sporting event in the area

Could not get the shades to work and maintenance was supposed to address and never came. Could not get the coffee pot to work.

Staff was wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. The parking for hotel guests was only by valet for $45, a bit of a surprise and frustrating. Other than that the hotel was clean, beds we’re comfortable, I would stay here again.

Location is great. Hotel staff were wonderful! Would stay here again. Room had a little musty odor but wasn’t too bad.
