Erg fijne ervaring. Longer moment dat ik belde om te vragen of ze de kamer romantisch konden maken hebben ze zelfs twee drankjes op de kamer toegevoegd naar keuze. Daarnaast was het personeel ontzettend vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader om een keer te overnachten. Wij hadden ontbijt ook besloten te doen in het hotel. Ook dit was erg fijn en lekker. Wij komen zeker terug!

Deede keer deze zomer een bezoekers gebracht aan het terras, jammer genoeg 3 keer teleurstellend verlopen. Men is zich niet bewust van een klantvriendelijke benadering, personeel is niet vriendelijk, gestresst en/of onervaren ( waarmee ik nog wel kan dealen). Een norse en strugge benadering die de gast het gevoel geeft: jij mag blij zijn dat jij hier uberhaupt mag zitten mag toch echt niet de bedoeling zijn! Vervolgens wordt de bestelling gedeeltelijk of helemaal niet gebracht. Al met al zo jammer dat een toplocatie te kort wordt gedaan door ongeschikt personeel. Want als je een hele zomerperiode uitstraalt wel aan het werk te zijn maar geen passie voor jouw werk te hebben en gasten gewoon lastig vindt zou iemand misschien beter ergens anders zijn geluk kunnen zoeken en vinden.

Met een groep van 10 hier gegeten, slecht bediend, zeer kleine porties voor hoeveel je te eten krijgt, duur voor hoeveel je krijgt. Erg teleurgesteld, er is te veel aangeslagen op de bon van hoeveel we hebben besteld.
