This stay was perfect for us. Rooms are clean, staff was very friendly and efficient!Breakfast was good and staff was attentive to all areas making sure it was clean and full. We will stay there again. So many choices for dining and very close to the highway.

They would not let her check in even with a confirmation number. So we had to book another reservation at the location. Very disappointed

Air conditioning did not work was hot and the bed not that comfortable. Our room did not have a microwave or mini fridge. Water was very hot. Our room was towards the back, we can hear the highway traffic. We did not get to try the breakfast. The ice machine on our floor 3rd was broken. Other than that quite, I did like the small convenient store like in the lobby. They have refreshments for sale, snacks, pain relief pills and cleaning supplies spray small bottles but convenient.

Overall, we considered this property and stay average for hotels. Beds were not very comfortable and room appearance was “ok”. No vent fan in the bathroom, which we found surprising. We also found the “we lock this door” sign on the main entrance a bit concerning. Apparently after dark the hotel is not located in a very safe area, or it could be just the city overall.

Definitely needs an upgrade. Walls and general decor looked old. My room had a strong smell of air freshener or something that made me feel like they were covering something up. I arrived late and was so tired that I didn’t ask for a different room, but if I had my family with me I would have. It wasn’t terrible, but I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years, and this one was below average.

We had a great stay. This is my second time staying and it has been awesome. The hotel is clean even though they are renovating. This visit we used the pool and it was just what the kids needed. The pool is outside and it was skimmed and clean. The hotel was a great find for a small family going to Atlanta to enjoy the baseball game and Six Flags. Do they have room to improve of course but rooms and lobby are very well maintained. Great places to eat close by also, Outback, Mcdonalds, Applebees, and Wendys.

The staff is just excellent! The property needs major renovations! It is very old like the type of old from when I worked for them 15 years ago!
