房間類似於國內三星老賓館，設施老舊，但床大且軟硬適當，床品乾淨。巴基斯坦保安小哥超帥，超熱情，身兼數職，指揮停車，客房送物品，介紹房間，大廳保安等。酒店位置在老城區，附近便利店，紀念品商店，飯店多，生活超級方便。酒店自帶4車位地下停車場，車位小，街邊有收費停車場。

Staffs are very accommodating and helpful. Nice place! Will definitely come back. Shoutout to Samba and Puppie and Mariam! We have enjoyed our stay, short but memorable! Music selection is nice despite b not having a live DJ due to ramadan. A must visit place indeed. the yatch experience is so cool also

What an amazing hotel added to IHG Hotels Group. Location is a little off for people who are looking for short break. Nevertheless for those who seeks fun and good time combined with volue for money and IHG Membership recognition. voco, the Heart of Europe is the place to be. The food selection is amazing along with the bars options. Campaign Bar is a must to check

Staff was phenomenal and check in was flawless. Property was clean and the room was comfortable. Pool was the perfect temperature and the DJ played great music. Be prepared for music until past midnight. This is the perfect getaway from the city for a weekend or longer. Can’t wait to come back.

Sadly leaving the beautiful island. 1 or 2 nights!!! it's not enough. The room, pool beach, and food make us want to stay longer, but that thing is nothing without the staff who always smile and ensure our stay is memorable. All staff we met were very helpful and attentive. Thank you for Aiman & Gofana. Especially to Mr. Saduakassov for his unparalleled service. I highly recommend this place because of all of you.

It was amazing experience on private island! Monaco hotel was great choice for us, incredible atmosphere, delicious food, friendly and professional staff. I dreamt about raining street! This is wonderful island. Cote d’Azur ❤️ I was alone on my holiday . I rested very well. My room view was great.Lunch , pool, everything is perfect. The music doesn’t stop here. This hotel looks like the Maldives ❤️❤️ You may find a lot of things you will like here ❤️
