Since it isn't located within a walking distance from the city center, it wasn't the best choice from travelers without private vehicles like me. But the room was very spacious and clean. We got an apartment with well equipped kitchen and we were very enjoying our stay

There is a kitchen for cooking. It is clean and hygienic. There is a large supermarket next to it. If you arrive at night, it is suitable for self-driving. The parking lot is clean and hygienic and there are many parking spaces. The warm service is worth a stay.

We went to see Dublin for 4 days. The apartment is well furnished, with space, a large kitchen, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kitchen tools. It has a double room and a large sofa bed in the dining room. The staff at the reception is very friendly. They even have a "button" that you push at any time and a taxi comes to the door. The location is good, it has a very large supermarket 200m away, and bus and train stops 5 minutes away that take you to the center of Dublin in 15 minutes. If you prefer a taxi, as in my case, for €20 they will take you to the center (if you go with 4 people, a taxi will cost).

Easy to find, parking was good. Clean, bright and fresh entrance and rooms. Kitchen well kitted out, beds were comfy. Views from the Penthouse were stunning, birdsong on Saturday morning from the patio was a pleasant surprise. Staff responded very quickly to a request for a coffee press.

Our first stop in Ireland. Broc House suites was a great find. Rey spacious one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Victor who welcomed us when we arrived was super helpful with places to visit and park our car as well as seeing a golf bag on its forward journey ahead of our trip.

We were travelling for work and the apartment was absolutely perfect; it had cooking facilities which saved us having to eat out each night, and we appreciated that each room had relative privacy. Parking on site was an additional bonus. We found it to be a perfect base for working in the south side of Dublin.
