Very nice hotel to stay with, highly recommended . This time is a business trip to London. Will stay again.

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn in Edgware, London, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The hotel staff were consistently rude, and the overall service was extremely disappointing. Upon dining with a group of ten, our orders were mishandled from the start. Some starters and mains arrived simultaneously, while two members of our party never received their orders at all. When we raised concerns, we were assured that our missing items were on their way, but they didn't arrive until 15 minutes later. To make matters worse, when we approached the bar for assistance, the bartender displayed a complete lack of professionalism, stating that he "didn't give a crap" about our concerns. As if that wasn't enough, our evening was abruptly interrupted when the lights were suddenly switched off, leaving us in pitch darkness. This lack of consideration for guests' comfort and safety was unacceptable. I've stayed at various Premier Inn locations in the past and have never encountered such poor service. It's evident that this particular establishment is in dire need of improvement, both in terms of staff professionalism and overall customer experience. Needless to say, I won't be returning anytime soon.

The room smelt badly of tobacco smoke and the towels also stank of something horrible. No permanent staff at reception and you have to pay for wifi that is of any actual use. Cheap hotel at medium prices. Expensive parking.

Brilliant stay The staff could not have done anymore for us. Personal touch asked how we were, looked after us.The staff went over and beyond what we expected of them. Ensured that I was o.k whilst my husband was having surgery, allowed us to change dinner plans and accommodated our needs. Special Thanks to Rafi, Costa and Lucas who were on shift during our 2 night stay.

Absolutely fantastic staff, they can not do enough to help you with your stay. I work a mile from this hotel and could probably stay nearer however choose this hotel as the management on-site is truly spot on! I can not highly recommend enough.

Fantastic hotel and I have stayed at a few. This one stands out for me due to the location to the tube direct into London. The hotel is busy however the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are VERY clean and comfortable. The restaurant is clean and the food is great. Breakfast is wonderful with a huge selection on offer and is fresh. Once again, friendly staff, very clean rooms and great location.
